For the most popular wine category on the island, think pink. Rose wines from all over the wine-making world, especially France, fly off the shelves.

“My number one selling Domaines Ott wine is Chateau de Selle. It seems to be the one my clients know best,” said Maurice Amiel, owner of The French Wine Merchant. “I also have another French rose, Chateau Montaud, 2010, a Cote de Provence that my customers love. I am selling it by the case.”

Domaines Ott Chateau de Selle sells for $40. Chateau Montaud sells for $16.
